*Obituary Buford Hull
Buford Hull, a lifetime resident of Howard County, went home to be with the LORD on August 11, 2007, at the age of 81 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Eunice Hull and his adopted mother, Maude Hull.

Buford was born on December 22, 1925, in the Salem Community and graduated from Coahoma High School before joining the United States Army. Buford served in the Army from March 14, 1945 to December 7, 1946, with tours to Japan and the Philippines. Upon discharge from the Army, Buford returned to Howard County and worked at the United States Post Office until his retirement. However, he was a farmer at heart and lived and farmed in the Salem Community many, many years. Services will be held at College Baptist Church, Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Ken McMeans, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. Grandsons will be pallbearers and the members of his Sunday School Class will be honorary pallbearers. The family will receive guests at the family home on Monday evening. Buford was a faithful member of College Baptist Church for over forty years, where he attended the Men's Sunday School Class and served on multiple committees throughout the years. He loved his church family and greatly missed being able to attend when his illness gradually confined him more and more to home. Buford was a beloved husband for 39 years and 9 months to Jerrye Taylor Sandridge whom he married November 3, 1967, at the family home in Luther, Texas.

Buford is survived by his wife, Jerrye and their children, Vicki LeClair and husband, Gerald; Mike Hull and wife, Beverly, Larry Sandridge; and Wanda Gamble and husband, Perry all of Big Spring; Buford's love and commitment to his family was second only to his love for Jesus Christ. He raised his children to know the importance of family by consistently demonstrating that commitment to them. He got a lot of practice at that with his fourteen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren: Joshua Rainey E5/AM2 USN, wife, Christina and children, Paige and Garrett Rainey of Aubrey; Jordan Rainey E5/AM2 USN, wife, Jennifer and children, Sidney, Kailey and Jaxon of Guam, USA; Justin Gamble, wife, Kristen and daughter, Kaitlyn Rose of San Angelo; Ingrid Gamble of San Antonio and children, Collin Smith of Roscoe; Christian and Cassidy Gamble of Big Spring; Blake Hull and Katie Coffee of Hankamer; Lindsay Glave, husband, Tyrone, also US Navy of Rockport; Steve Sandridge, Randi and children, Brandon, Mildred, Harley, Paige and Blake of Big Spring; Fayelyn Clark, husband, Casey and children, Britt and Bree of Big Spring; Terry Joe (TJ) Sandridge and children, Skylier, Jace and Haley of Big Spring; Tonyia Grigg, husband, Steven and children, Crystal, Kelly, Stormie, William and Savannah of Big Spring; Pascen Booth and wife, Bianca of San Antonio; Richard LeClair, wife, Monica and daughter, Skylar of Midland; James LeClair, wife, J'anna and son, Kaleb of Lubbock; and Jennifer Henry and children, Keagan, Mellisa, Ann Marie and Jayden (deceased) all of Big Spring.Yes, family was his life priority, but Buford was also a staunch baseball fan. In his younger days he coached Little League baseball to many Big Spring boys. He taught his teams that playing fair, treating each other with respect, and having fun was more important than winning. He followed the MLB faithfully from beginning to end and always looked forward to the World Series. Buford had favorites but in the end it didn't matter which team won as long as they beat the Yankees! In addition to baseball, Buford had been previously active in the Howard County Youth Horsemen and later became Vice President of Region 6 American Association of Sheriff's Posses and Riding Clubs. He and his beloved wife, Jerrye, elected to end their participation in outside activities and devote themselves to providing end of life care for his mother and dad.Buford will be greatly missed by many as husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He was a man of principle and honor, that taught his family the importance of those traits by word and example throughout his life. The family suggests that memorials be made to College Baptist Church, 1105 Birdwell Lane, Big Spring, Texas 79720Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring. *Obituary Jerrye Taylor Hull
Jerrye (Wanda Geraldine) Taylor Hull, 94, of Big Spring, TX went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday morning, November 22, 2019.

Services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

She was born July 21, 1925 in Stamford, Texas to William Luther Taylor and Sophia Ville Berry.

She married Albert Buford Hull on November 3, 1967 and he preceded her in death in 2007.

Jerrye was a devoted homemaker, getting up early each morning to make a big breakfast for all and then go right back to bed because she loved sleeping late!

She was a faithful member of College Baptist Church teaching classes and serving in the kitchen for many years until her illness prevented her from attending.

She was an avid fan of crossword puzzles.

Jerrye was gentle and kind with a true servant's heart, providing care for her own mother, mother-in-law, and father-in-law for many years. She then cared for her beloved husband when he became ill. She was a true example of Christ's love in action. But most of all she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She loved her children, but Meme especially loved all her grands. At Meme's they could eat cookies and get dirty to their hearts content.

Jerrye is survived by her son Mike Hull and his wife, Beverly; two daughters, Wanda Gamble and her husband, Perry, and daughter Vicki LeClair, all of Big Spring. She is survived by 13 grandchildren; Steven Sandridge, Fayelyn Clark and her husband, Casey, Terry Joe (TJ) and his wife, Chelsea, Tonyia Grigg and her husband, Steven, Pascen Booth and his wife, Sarah, James LeClair and his wife, J'anna, Richard LeClair, Blake Hull, Lindsay Glave and her husband, Tyrone, Joshua Rainey and his wife, Christina, Jordan Rainey and his wife, Jennifer, Ingrid Gamble, and Justin Gamble. She was also blessed with 31 great- grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two sons; Larry and Garry Sandridge; and one granddaughter Jennifer Booth.
