CLYDE - Kathryn Parker Allen, 77, died Wednesday in an Abilene hospital.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Clyde Cemetery with the Rev. Carlton Earp officiating, directed by Bailey Funeral Home.
Mrs. Allen was born in Rusk County and attended school in Mount Enterprise. She worked for Timex for 11-1/2 years and moved to Clyde in 1986 from Mount Enterprise. She was a registered nurse's aide at Clyde-area nursing homes. She was a Baptist and was the widow of Joseph Allen, whom she married in 1943 in San Antonio.
