Jerrie Murphy, 79, of Big Spring, died Sunday June 23, 2013 at her residence.
Private burial was at Trinity Memorial Park. No other services are planned.
She was born May 6, 1934, to Henry and Beulah Payne in Big Spring and was a lifetime resident of Big Spring.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She married Billy Joe Murphy July 27, 1951, in Big Spring. He preceded her in death May 7, 1973.
