Willis "Ray" Williams was born on April 19, 1941 to Yvonne Green and Raymond Woodrow Williams in Lamesa, Texas. He lived most of his life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He served in the Navy from 1958-1964 as a radio repair technician and received an honorable discharge. Prior to retirement, Willis "Ray" was an inventor and business entrepreneur. He was known for his outstanding culinary abilities and unique recipes. Willis "Ray" enjoyed music of all genres and even recorded a few songs himself. He passed away peacefully with family by his side on December 29, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas.
He is survived by his children Kathy Curtis, Ray Williams Jr, Randy Williams, April Williams-Haynes, Kimberly Auzston, Jennifer "Jena" McDonald, Terra Faulkner, Noble Williams and Alena Williams.
