Magdalene (Angie) Angelini Mauritz went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, March 5 surrounded by members of her family.
Magdalene was born on May 29, 1932 to John Archeangelo Angelini and Anna (Dolce) Angelini - she was the fourth child born to the family of 9 children. Magdalene attended Mansfield Senior High and Zion Bible Institute and Central Bible Institute majoring in sacred music. She travelled extensively singing in a trio. She married the love of her life - Herbert Ruhl Mauritz on September 24, 1965. She was blessed to become the precious stepmom to Paul Herbert Mauritz upon her marriage to Herb and they were also blessed to add BethAnn, Nannette Lynn and Herbert Ruhl II to their family. She was the beloved Gram and Nana to 14 grand - children and 5 darling great-grandchildren. She was an avid baker, reader and Hallmark movie watcher! She loved her savior more than anything and was ready to be with Jesus! She is preceded in death by her loving parents- John & Anna Angelini- siblings- Dominick Angelini, Joe & Josephine Riei, John & Mary Elia, Elizabeth Jackson and her loving husband Herb.
She is survived by her children and their families- Paul Mauritz (Caroline Baker); Jason Mauritz (Brandi Skarda) and precious children Hunter & Caroline; Justin Mauritz (Jessica Cristopolis ); Beth Ann (Kevin) Adams, Emylea Adams, Zach Adams, Riley Adams & Nathanael Adams; Nannette (Robert) Delgado; Denton Delgado (Katie Wijas); Dylan & Abbie Delgado- sweet baby Julie Delgado; Maya Delgado; Herb (Faith) Mauritz; Jesse & Mari Mauritz - sweet girls Melrose & Ellori; Luke Mauritz (Tanya Khotko)Andrew Mauritz: Joanne Mauritz; and the baby- Michael Mauritz.
Memorial Service will be held on
Saturday, April 23 at 11:00 am at
M1 church (Mansfield 1st Assembly)
