Hazel Barnard Murphy age 78 of New Boston, Texas passed away Friday, August 15, 2008 in a Texarkana hospital. Mrs. Murphy was born November 13, 1929 in Boxley, Arkansas. She was a homemaker, a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church and the Young at Heart Sunday School Class. She is preceded in death by her husband James Olin Murphy and a daughter, Virginia Wright.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 18, 2008 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, New Boston with Bro. Brent Riddle, Bro. Johnny Murphy and Bro Anthony Tropp officiating. Interment will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, Nash, Texas under the direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston. (online)
