VERNON — Services for Henry Leo Kidwell, 94, of Vernon will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Jay Hanley officiating.
Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
He died Monday, May 21, 2001.
He was born Dec. 24, 1906, in Tompkinsville, Ky., and moved to Chillicothe in 1917 and Vernon in 1986. He married Dollie Lucille Skipworth in 1938. She died Sept. 9, 2000. He was a farmer and member of Wilbarger Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include his son, Charles of Winters; two daughters, Jackie Johnson of Round Rock and Bonnie Sellari of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a brother, Lance of Vernon; two sisters, Jewell Gould of Lubbock and Margaret Grogan of Shamrock; and four grandchildren.

Dollie was the daughter of the late A. B. and Elizabeth Parker Skipworth.
She married Henry Leo Kidwell in 1938 in Vernon.
A resident of Wilbarger County since she was a child, she was a homemaker and a member of the Wilbarger Street Church of Christ. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and yard work.
She has two daughters, Jackie Johnson of Round Rick and Bonnie Sellari of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a son, Charles Kidwell of Winters; a sister, Bonnie Bell Boyd of Fargo; two brothers, Clois Skipworth of Pasadena, Texas, and Noel Skipworth of Dallas; and four grandchildren.
