Edward joined the Army in 1940 in Lufkin, Texas. He was killed in action, in St Laurent, France, during World War II.
He was the brother of Chester Clyde, LaVera Mae, Loveta Audene, Leota LaVerne, and Lindsey Willette Rosson.
On the day Edward died, the German SS troops were waiting for supplies to come in, the big storm destroyed the make shift docks.
