Johanne's stone is to the left of her husband Louis' stone. Her stone is in excellent condition. Johanne was born in Gillespie, Co., Texas to German immigrant parents, Johanna and Johann "Henry" Kensing.. In 1865, Johanne's parents were attacked in their wagon by Comanche Indians and died of their injuries 3 dates apart.
