Alma Lee Woods, 79, of Midland, died at 3:27 on January 7, 1990 in Midland.
Graveside services were January 8, 1990 at 11:00 a.m. in Pecan Cemetery under the direction of Harrell Funeral Home. Officiating was Rev. Rex Reynolds of the First Baptist Church of Hermleigh.
She was born in Hamilton to Pearl and E.F. Lawson on December 28, 1909. She married CD. Woods in 1928 in Dublin. She was a member of the Baptist Church and a housewife.
Survivors include her husband, CD. Woods of Midland; two sons, Charles (Chuck) Woods of Beaumont and Bill Woods of El Paso; two brothers, T.J. Lawson and B.F. Lawson both of Hamilton; three sisters, Golda Dooly of Hamilton, Mildred Pearson also of Hamilton, and Wanda Bagwell of Big Spring; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
