Funeral services for James Heido Akagi, 70, who died in Los Angeles, California, May 27th, were held at 2 p.m. May 31st in Totten-Day Memorial Chapel with Kenneth Dye, retired Church of Christ minister, officiating. Interment was in Electra Memorial Park direction of Totten-Day Funeral Home.

Mr. Akagi, brother-in-law to Electra resident Mrs. Wanda Blakely, was born in Oregon. He married Henderson in Frederick, Okla., in 1940. He had lived in Los Angeles for 40 years and was a produce manager for a marketing firm.

He is survived by his wife, Opal.

Pallbearers were: Gene Marsh, Ogden Strange, Pat Coskey, Lawrence Weddle, Frankie Nelson, Kenneth Brosch._

Funeral Services for Opal Beulah Aicagi, 66, who died Feb. 18, in Los Angeles, California, were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Totten-Day Funeral Chapel with John Dunahoe, Church of Christ minister officiating. Interment was in Electra Memorial Park under direction of Totten-Day Funeral Home.

Mrs. Aicagi was born April 4, 1916 in Electra, daughter of the late Finis Curtis and Ora Lee Turner Henderson. She had lived in California for the past 40 years.

Survivors include: a brother, Bill Henderson of Tyler; two sisters, Arliss Harris of Kilgore and Wanda Blakely of Electra; several nieces and nephews._
