Sam E. Sharp 89 Died Tuesday
Funeral services of Sam E. Sharp, 89, who died Tuesday morning in the Golden Spread Nursing home in Shamrock were at 2 pm Tuesday at First Baptist Church with Herman W. Bell officiating and burial in Hillcrest Cemetery with Lamb Funeral Home in charge. He was a Native of Lawrence County, Arkansas.
Mr. Sharp came to McLean in 1927 from Arkansas. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, one son, Arnold of Mclean, one daughter Mrs. Jack Ayers of McLean, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Turner of McLean and Mrs. Nellie (?) of Shamrock. Two grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
