Mrs. Gwendolyn Sharp Middlebrook, 54, of Gary, will be held at 10 am Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Strong Cemetery with Rev. J.T. Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, September 11 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Middlebrook was born to the late Roland and Yvonne Neal Sharp. She was a nurse with Epic Nursing and was a member of First Baptist Church of Carthage and was married to Johnny Middlebrook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Greg Sharp.
