GALVESTON - Mary Agnes Enbey, 84, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2001, at Gulf Health Care Center, Galveston. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 27, 2001, in the Memorial Room of Broadway Funeral Home, Galveston, with Mr. James Benson, Care Minister of Abundant Life Christian Church, officiating. Burial will follow services Thursday at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery, in Alta Loma, Texas. Gathering for visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, December 26, 2001, also in the Memorial Room of Broadway Funeral Home. Mrs. Enbey's family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening after 5:00 p.m.

Mrs. Enbey was born in Texarkana, Texas May 16, 1917, however, has been a longtime resident of Galveston for many years. She dedicated herself to her family and devoted herself to their well-being. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed the company of her loved ones greatly. With her family she shared this love and to each of them she leaves fond memories and kind thoughts to remember her by.

Mrs. Enbey is predeceased in death by her husband of 50 years, Mr. Perry Wallace Enbey; three of her brothers, Herman Fee, Louis Fee and Arthur Fee; and her only sister, Ella Valusek.

She leaves behind many fond memories with her only
daughter, Cecelia Ann Pettigrew and husband, Raymond of Valley Viewl Texas, four very loving grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Sharing in this loss also, are Mrs. Enbey's two brothers; Joseph Fee and wife Nalene of Conroe, Texas, and Clarence W. Fee and wife, Henrietta of Texas City, Texas; her two sisters-in-law, Helen Buss of Galveston, Texas, and Genny Ryan of Haltom City, Texas; one brother-in-law, John P. Enbey, of Hitchcock, Texas, numerous nieces and nephews, a host of other family and
many friends. She will be sadly missed.
