Randell Lee Duren, age 20, of Riley, Kansas passed away Sunday in Manhattan, Kansas, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident west of Keats, Kansas.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Totten-Day Funeral Home in Electra with Rev. Charles Nichols, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Chillicothe, Texas, officiating. Burial was in Electra Memorial Park. Mr. Duren was born September 7, 1973 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a graduate of Riley County High School in Riley, Kansas, was currently a student at Kansas University, majoring in Engineering.
Survivors include his mother, Wanda Gale Gann of Bonaire, Georgia; father, George Randell Duren of Electra, Texas; two sisters, Michelle Duren of Colorado Springs, Colorado and April Duren of Bonaire, Georgia; grandparents Rollo and LaJune Duren of Electra, Texas and Marnie Cook of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and great grandmother, Lady Duren of Electra, Texas._
