LAST RITES HELD FOR MRS. COWARD WEDNES
Mrs. Dora Coward, 72, of the Marlow Community passed away at St. Edward Hospital early Tuesday, February 21.
Mrs. Coward had lived in that community most all her life. She suffered a stroke at her home early in the week and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Survivors are five sons, Jim and Virgil Coward of Cameron, Morris Coward of Marlow, Montia Coward of Pelley and Jesse Coward of Austin. Five daughters Lou, Elsie and Pearl Coward of Marlow, Mrs. L. J. Boatwright of Temple and Mrs. Hugh Edmondson of Olevia. One sister, Mrs. Marshall Mode of Cameron. Eleven grandchildren and one great grand-child also survive.
Funeral services will be held from the Marlow Baptist Church Wednesday at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Marlow cemetery with Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home of Rockdale in charge of the arrangements.
The body will remain at the family residence until the funeral hour.
