Funeral services for Susana Neufeld, age 40 of Seminole will be held Friday, March 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Evangelical Mennonite Church with Pastor Jake Fehr officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mrs. Neufeld was born November 7, 1978 in Andrews to Anna (Peters) and John Peters. She married Jake Neufeld in Seminole on July 28, 1998. Susana went to school at the Old Colony Mennonite Church where she graduated in 1991 and was a member of the Old Colony Mennonite Church where she was baptized in 1998. She loved the Lord and her family dearly.

She was very dedicated to serving the Lord and was always a very faithful wife, and loving mother of seven children. Her peaceful, gentle personality and smile was infectious and left you with a lasting memory.

Susana Neufeld passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019 at her home in Seminole.

She is preceded in death by her sister Margaret in 1987.

She is survived by her husband Jake Neufeld of Seminole; her parents, John and Anna Peters of Seminole; four sons, Justin Neufeld, Thomas Neufeld, Kevin Neufeld, and Simon Neufeld all of Seminole; three daughters, Debbie Neufeld, Delilah Neufeld, and Lydia Neufeld all of Seminole; three brothers, John Peters and wife Tina of Kansas, David Peters of Kansas, and Aaron Peters and wife Lena of Seminole; four sisters, Anna Loepky and husband Abe of Kansas, Tina Wiebe and husband Willie of Kansas, Sara Peters and husband Ben of Lamesa and Martha Hamm and husband John of Kansas.
