STINNETT - Eual D. Chisum, 72, died Monday, Sept. 2, 1996 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Services are pending with Brown Funeral Directors.
Mr. Chisum will lie in state at Brown's Memorial Chapel in Stinnett.
A native of Pringle, he was a lifetime resident of the Stinnett area. He was a farmer and rancher, and member of the Stinnett United Methodist Church.
Eual and Jean Chisum were married on Aug. 31, 1947 in Stinnett and celebrated their 49th anniversary last Saturday.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Orveda Chisum in 1984 and Don Chisum in 1991; and a sister, Earlene Chisum Fowler in 1993.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Matt Chisum of Stinnett; and two grandchildren.
