BORGER - Allison Dewie "A.D." Mowery, 78, died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2004, in Tucson, Ariz.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Stinnett Cemetery with the Rev. Steven Misch, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Local arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Mowery was born March 11, 1926, in Vernon. He retired after 33 years from Phillips Petroleum as a unit operator at the carbon black plant.
Survivors include his wife, Marie; a daughter, Gloria Norris of Willcox, Ariz.; a son, Bruce Mowery of Willcox; three grandchildren; three great-grandsons; a brother, B.L. Mowery of Lemon Grove, Calif.; and a sister, Nell Foster of Amarillo.
