STINNETT - Graveside services for Willard Nixon, 65, of 403 Williams, will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Francis Barber, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene in Stinnett, officiating.

Burial was under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mr. Nixon died at 6 p.m. Sunday in North Plains Hospital.

He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ida, one daughter, Mrs. Sandy Burns of Stinnett; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Halley of Sharon, Okla., and Mrs. Belle Paul of Buffalo; several nieces and nephews.

Ida Lee Nixon, 77, 403 Williams in Stinnett, died at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday in Golden Plains Community Hospital.

A homemaker, she was born January 16, 1911, and was a native of Madisonville, Texas and a Stinnett resident for 25 years, having moved from Borger.

She was a member of the Nazarene Church of Stinnett.

She is survived by one daughter, Nedra Burns of Los Angeles, Calif.; one sister, Addie Lee Moore of Hollis, Okla.; a niece, Genevia Terry of Borger, two nephews, Kenneth Nixon of Stinnett and Cordell Nixon of Borger.

Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
