BORGER - Paul W. Tate, 78, died Thursday, March 22, 2001.

Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett with the Rev. Roger Harwerth, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors.

Mr. Tate married Dorothy Speegle on Dec. 14, 1947, in Clovis, N.M. He was a World War II Army veteran and an asbestos worker for 53 years.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Paul Wayne Tate of Borger; two sisters, Rosa Pauline Decker of Nixa, Mo., and Mildred May Lansdown of Missouri; and two grandchildren.
