STINNETT - Lee Richardson, 87, died Monday, March 19, 2001, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Lieb Cemetery of Morse with Zeb Sailors, minister of Stinnett Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mr. Richardson was a cattleman rancher for McSpadden Ranch in Canyon for 20 years. He was a self-employed cattle buyer for 50 years.

Survivors include his wife, Lila Richardson; a son, David Richardson; a stepson, Tom Bannister of Amarillo; two daughters, Ivana Jones of Clovis, N.M., and Sally Roden of Borger; a sister, Edna May of Allison; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Culp of Amarillo; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Alzheimer's Association of the Texas Panhandle, 2200 W. Seventh Ave., Amarillo, TX 79101; or High Plains Children's Home, P.O. Box 7448, Amarillo, TX 79114.

Lila Watters Richardson, 97, of Amarillo died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Lieb Cemetery near Morse with Zeb Sailors officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Lila was born Dec. 19, 1910, near Pringle in Hutchinson County to W.L. and Callie Watters. She attended schools in Alpha and Spearman. Lila married Lee Richardson in 1947. They farmed and ranched in Hutchinson County until retirement in 1975.

They lived in Stinnett until 1996, when they moved to Amarillo so she could be close to her sister. Lee preceded her in death in 2001. She was a member of Stinnett Church of Christ and Bell Avenue Church of Christ in Amarillo.

The family wishes to send special thanks to Wanda Gruver, Kirkland Court and Odyssey Hospice.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Evelyn Culp; and a son, LeRoy Bannister.

Survivors include a son, Tom Bannister and wife Cheri of Amarillo; a stepson, David Richardson of Odessa; two stepdaughters, Sally Roden of Borger and Ivana Jones of Clovis, N.M.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to Lieb Cemetery Association, in care of A.A. Lieb, 11547 County Road 13, Stinnett, TX 79083.
