Funeral services for Paul W. Richardson, 48, of 410 Adams St., Phillips, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Don Lowe, minister of education at the First Christian Church in Borger, officiating.

Burial will be in the Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of the Simpson Funeral Home.

Richardson died at 1:10 p.m. Sunday at North Plains Hospital. He was a gas tester for Phillips Petroleum Co., and was a Phillips resident since 1936, moving here from Oklahoma City.

Survivors include his wife, Mary of the home; a son, Herbert of Texhoma; a brother, Clark of Borger; and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be John Roberts, Lee Pieffer, R.M. Grier, Leo Smithson, Bob Miller and Dr. C.E. Killingsworth.

Honorary pallbearers are Jim Briscoe, Clarence Jenkins, Jack Hampton, Andy Wilson, Jug Bailey, F.A. Stovall, Mike Ballentine, Troy Renfroe, and W.B. (Arky) Jones.

Mary Smith Richardson, 71, 125 Froma St., died at 10:43 p.m. Friday in her home.

Funeral services will be at 3:30 Monday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Richard Neyer of St. John's Catholic Church officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Richardson, a native of Oklahoma City, Okla., was a housewife and a Borger resident for 48 years. She was a member of the Catholic Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include a son, Herb M. Richardson of Artesia, N.M.; a brother, Joseph Smith of Anaheim, Calif.; three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
