Kenneth Bell, 69, 310 Coronado, Fritch, died Saturday, July 4, in N.E. Medical Center in Humble.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Assembly of God in Fritch with the Rev. Darrell Trout, pastor, assisted by the Rev. Kermit Bell, officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

A retired maintenance planner for Phillips Petroleum Company, he was a native of Hedley and a Fritch resident since 1948.

He was a veteran of WWII and a member of Keeler Baptist Church. He married Juanita Knight on March 21, 1947 in Clarendon.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Bell, Earl Holland, Montie Carl Bell, Butch Owens, Shelby Bell, Willis Long, Robert G. Hazlett, and David Aaron Baker. Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Philtex Plant.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Kenneth Rex Bell of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Vicki Lynn Baker of Tyler, Beverly Ann Bennett of Woodlands, and Cheri Branham of Borger; one brother, Shelby Bell of Clarendon; three sisters, Ethel Holland of Plainview, Alpha Howard of Odessa and Jean Bain of Sunray; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Nita Bell
November 3, 1927 - September 22, 2017

Juanita "Nita" Bell, 90, passed away September 21, 2017 at Cypress Texas.

She was born November 3, 1927 at Lelia Lake, Texas to Willie and Laura (Bowers) Knight. Kenneth Bell and Nita Knight were married March 21, 1947 at Amarillo,Texas.

Mrs. Bell was a former member of the First Southern Baptist Church, Fritch and also a member of the Dorcas Class. She was a PBX Operator for the Borger Telephone Company, Phillips Petroleum Company and a secretary for NL Acme Tool Company.

She was a devoted, caring Mother and a loving, sassy Nannie. She was a very special woman that if you knew her, you were blessed by her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; a daughter, Vicki Lynn Baker ; a daughter-in-law Becky Cole Bell; a son-in-law Jerry Bennett; her parents; 2 sisters, Virginia Oedewaldt and Ruth Chelf; 2 brothers, Johnny Knight and Earl Knight.

Survivors include: 2 daughters; Cheri Branham and husband Mike of Cypress, Texas and Beverly Bennett of Farmington, Utah; a son, Kenneth Rex Bell of Woodward, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren: Robert Hazlett and wife Stacy of Nickelsville, Virginia; Dr. Aaron Baker and wife Chesley of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Angela Cravens and husband, Aaron of Magnolia, Texas; Amy Bonnett and husband Chris of Weatherford, Texas; Keli De Los Santos and husband Daniel of Cypress, Texas; Bren Bell of Woodward, Oklahoma; Kahla Bell-Kato and husband Kaz of Lake Forest, California; Brittanie Mosadegh and husband Nick of Farmington, Utah and Brady Branham and fiance Baylee Cargal of Midland, Texas; and 14 great grandchildren.

A Life Celebration Service will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the First Southern Baptist Church, Fritch , Texas. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, Borger.

Mrs. Bell will lie in state at Brown's Chapel, Fritch on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 at Brown's Chapel , Fritch.

Services are entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors, Fritch.
