*Obituary
BORGER - Final services for Woodrow W. Chambers, 59, of Odessa and formerly of Borger, were set for 2 p.m. today in Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains.
Officiating was to be the Rev. John C. Denton, pastor of First Southern Baptist Church of Fritch. Burial was to be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Chambers, born in Oklahoma, died Monday in Odessa Medical Center.
He moved from Borger about 10 years ago and had been employed since May 1970 as a welder for the Miether Machine Shop in Odessa.
Among survivors are his wife, Edith; two sons, Charles C. of Dallas and W.W. Jr. of El Paso; four daughters, Mrs. J.A. Murphy of Carlsbad, N.M., Mrs. L.B. Shivers of Copper Center, Alaska, Mrs. L.D. Kenney of Elk City, Okla., and Mrs. F.L. York of Odessa; three brothers, William of Houston, George of Lovington, N.M., and Stanley D. of Midwest City, Okla.; five sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Sanders of Pearson, Okla., Mrs. Ethyl Hart and Mrs. Olen Sanders, both of Maude, Okla., Mrs. Doug LeFebore of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Mildred Huff of Midwest City, Okla.; 15 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
