Graveside services for Ervin Walter Cook, 82, will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. L.K. Lawley, pastor of Church of God Church, officiating.
Burial will be by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Cook died Friday, May 7, 1993 in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
A native of Stephenville, he had been a Borger resident for nine years. He was a salesman for plumbing supplies. He was a World War II Navy veteran and member of VFW Post 1798.
Survivors include his wife, Vera of the home; three sons, Jack of Philadelphia, Pa.; Norman of Fernando Beach, Fla.; and Larry of Jacksonville; a daughter, Linda McLemore of Borger; two brothers, Lewis Cook of Dallas; and Ernest Cook of Kaufman; a sister, Lois Blackburn of Irving; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
