BORGER - Opal Dennis, 93, died Saturday, May 26, 2001, in Dumas.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Church of God with the Rev. Jonathan Back, pastor, and the Rev. Buck Lawley, retired pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Dennis had lived in Borger for 59 years. She was a member of Franklin Street Church of God.

Survivors include four sons, David Dennis and Danny Dennis, both of Borger, and Bobby Dennis and Tommy Dennis, both of Fritch; two daughters, Marie Brown of Amarillo and Sarah Hopkins of Borger; nine grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
