FRITCH - Cherry Kay Hamilton, 54, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995 in her home.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with the Rev. Kelly Smith, pastor First Baptist Church, Carter, Okla., officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Borger by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

A native of Gorman, she had been a Fritch resident since 1950. She was owner and editor of the Eagle Press in Fritch. She was a member of Lake Meredith Baptist Church, a mission of First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch.

Mrs. Hamilton was a Panhandle Press Association Director, worked with HOPE for several years, and was a member of the Fritch Chamber of Commerce.

She married George Hamilton on Sept. 4, 1959 in Fritch.

Survivors include her husband of the home; three sons, Bruce Hamilton of Phoenix, Ariz.; Brian Hamilton of Fritch; and Chip Hamilton of Garland; a daughter, Tish Hamilton of Fritch; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Kay of Fritch; a brother, Gary Dean Kay of Austin; and four grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 322 S. McGee, Borger, 79007.
