*Obituary
Funeral services for Mary Louise Mathis, 74, 801 N. Harvey, will be held at Ed Brown's Chapel of the Fountains at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Joe Dee Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Mathis was dead on arrival Sunday at North Plains Hospital after suffering a heart attack at her home. She was a native of Caruthersville, Mo., and had lived in Borger since 1943. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, L.O.; a son, Charles of El Monte, Calif.; daughters, Mrs. Eileen Peters of Abilene, Mrs. E.H. Beer of Wichita Falls, Mrs. Peggy McDonald of Childress and Mrs. Juanita King of Snider; brothers, W.B. Thompson of Hayti, Mo., and Albert Thompson of Ft. Worth, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
