*Obituary Homer
Homer Warren, 81, 1204 Minnesota, died Tuesday in the Diagnostic Clinic in Amarillo.
A retired operator for Huber, he was a native of Blossom, and a Borger resident since June, 1929.
He was a member of the Monroe Street Church of Christ, and married Thelma Key in 1931 in Sayre, Okla.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma of the home; one son, Homer Lee Warren of Farmington, N.M.; three daughters, Joyce Dixon and Freda Ballentine, both of Borger, Kay Blankenship of Adrian; one brother, J.E. Warren of Marlowe, Okla.; a sister, Lorene Wiginton, Marlowe, Okla.; three grandsons, five granddaughters, one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. in 1973 and Joe in 1972.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Gardner Street Church of Christ with Bill Bailey, minister of Monroe Street Church of Christ officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
