*Obituary

Pat Warren, 71, of Borger, Texas, was often heard quoting this verse to her family and friends. It was her favorite Scripture. Known as a generous woman who always had a listening ear for her family and friends (and the occasional stranger in the grocery store or airport), Pat was also a hard-working businesswoman. She spent her life working in insurance, including the last eight years as co-owner of Legacy Insurance Agency in Pampa, Texas.

On her own, Pat raised her two daughters, Lindy Warren Lowry (of San Diego) and Jami Warren McClellan (of Borger). At the center of her life were her granddaughters, Lexi, 18, Mattie, 16, and Emme McClellan, 12; and her grandson, Ty Lowry, 6.

She was born on April 20, 1942 in Wheeler, Texas, to parents N.P. and Mattie Woosley, and died Tuesday, July 2, in Golden Plains Hospital surrounded by her family and friends in the care of Hospice Care of the Southwest. Pat is survived by her brothers, James Woosley and Richard Woosley, and sisters-in-law Pat Woosley and Debbie Woosley.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, July 5, at the First United Methodist Church with Dr. Jerry Lane, of White Deer officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Pat/Mom/Nanny Pat will be deeply missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care of the Southwest.
