Willie loved his family especially his grandsons. His favorite activities were anything his grandsons were involved with from scouting, rooting on his favorite hockey player, going camping, gardening, marshmallows parties, or piddling in the shop. It is amazing what a BaPa and little boys can create. He and Janis had just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with their kids and grandsons on a family camping trip to one of their favorite spots in “Red Rivers” NM. When he was called home he was surrounded by the love’s of his life, his family.

Willie is survived by his mother Nita of Canyon. Wife Janis of Canyon. Son Joshua Cannon of Abilene, TX. Daughter Jessica McKinney and husband Matthew of Amarillo, TX.
