(Obituary for Calvin
Calvin Ernest Cannon, 80, Borger, died Thursday in Perryton.
Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating.
A native of Harmon County Oklahoma, he had been a Borger resident since 1945. He was a retired electrician, and member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Fern of the home; two sons, Willie Cannon of Wolf Creek Park; Calvin Cannon of Borger; three daughters, Lena Mitchell and Sue Chambers, both of Borger; and Patricia Acker of Longview; one brother, Cecil Cannon of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Wanda Hunter of Oklahoma; and Viola Sears of Comanche, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
