SKELLYTOWN - Funeral services for Ruel Frederick Essary, 60, of Skellytown, will be held here at 2 p.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Murle Rogers, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.
Essary, born Aug. 29, 1910 in Tishomingo, Okla., had worked as a pumper for the McKinney Oil Co. for 25 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Skellytown.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Thelma Essary of the home, one son, John of Amarillo; one brother, Ebb of Tishomingo, Okla.; and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Groves of Claude.
