*Obituary
Funeral services for Andrew C. Gariepy, 65, longtime Borger resident who died Tuesday, apparently of a heart attack, will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Fellowship Baptist Church, the Rev. Bill Frerking officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

Gariepy was pronounced dead on arrival at North Plains Hospital at 10:15 a.m. yesterday after he collapsed while at work on a house construction crew in University Heights.

Survivors include Gariepy's widow, Effie, of the home, 821 Brain St.,; two sons, Kenneth of Borger and Leo of Denver; six daughters Mrs. Gladys Roberts of Sedalia, Mo.; Mrs Maxine Tyler of Okemah, Okla.; Mrs. Opal Andrews of Perryton, and Mrs. June Casey, Mrs. Velma Dodson, and Mrs. Juanita Phares, all of Borger.

Also surviving are two brothers, seven sisters, 27 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
