Services for Homer Haney, 80, of 319 Roosevelt, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Lacewell, pastor of Bunavista Baptist Church, officiating, and the Rev. Larry Miller, associate pastor of the First Baptist Church assisting.
Interment will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Mr. Haney died at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday in North Plains Hospital. He had been a resident of this area since 1937 and was a retired employee of Southwestern Public Service Co.
Survivors include his wife, three daughters, one sister, and six grandchildren.

Lela L. Haney, 98, Borger, died Sunday, April 3, 1994, in Mesquite.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Gregg Simmons, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.
A homemaker, Mrs. Haney was a native of Tarrant County, Texas and a Borger resident for 51 years.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Homer Haney, December 14, 1976.
Survivors include by three daughters, Maurine Childress of Vernon, Wanda Faught of Seagoville, Wilma Aly of San Angelo; six grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
