This homemade marker is very hard to read, being mostly illegible. The writing is mostly enclosed in a heart shape formed with marbles placed in a concrete slab. Very sweet for a baby! Most of the marbles are now gone, but their imprint can still be seen.
*Obituary
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock for Joseph H. Martin, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Martin, of Electric City. The child died yesterday morning after a lengthy illness.
Services were conducted from Wilson-Buntin funeral home with Rev. Stevens of Phillips officiating. Interment was in Highland cemetery.
