Last rites for James H. Mills, 62, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Fellowship Baptist church, with the Rev. William A. Frerking officiating.
Mills died Monday morning at his home, 408 West Fourth street, after an illness of several months. Interment will be in the local cemetery.
