*Obituary
Roxie Parkhurst, 70, Borger, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1994 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Willow, Okla., she had been a Borger resident for 68 years. She was a housewife and member of Bible Baptist Church.
She married George Parkhurst on April 11, 1942 in Borger.
She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Parkhurst.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Pam Campbell of Amarillo; a brother, Frank Beadle of Amarillo; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
