*Obituary Earl
Earl C. Rogers, 79, 1412 Lancelot, Borger, died at 6 a.m. Monday, May 16, 1988 at Borger Nursing Center.

Funeral services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A retired supervisor for Phillips Petroleum Company, he was a native of Coalgate, Okla. and a Borger resident since 1946.

Survivors include his wife Rosa Rogers of the home; one son, Alyn Rogers of Borger; three daughters, Kerma Watson of Borger, Sharon Turner of San Antonio and Teresa Griffin of Borger; four sisters, Lois Mankin of California, Sue Ramsey of Midland, Ernestine Palmer of Coalgate, Okla., and Hazel Pendleton of California; one brother, L. B. Rogers of Coalgate, Okla.; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

*Obituary Rosa

BORGER - Rosa Lee Rogers, 94, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Brown Funeral Directors Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. John Denton officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Rogers was a mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a charter member of Keeler Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and vacation Bible school.

Survivors include two daughters, Teresa Griffin of Borger and Sheryn Turner of Amarillo; a brother, Sherman Meek of Spartanburg, S.C.; two sisters, Becky Moore of Azusa, Calif., and Bobbye Benham of Littleton, Colo.; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society District 15, 3915 S. Bell St., Amarillo, TX 79109; or Keeler Baptist Church, 627 Gardner St., Borger, TX 79007.
