Lyle E. Wells, 56, longtime Borger resident died Wednesday afternoon at the Wichita Falls Hospital.

Wells was born April 12, 1898 in Missouri and was occupied in Borger as a cement finisher.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Dale Stevens, Pampa; Mrs. Robert Chadwick, Mrs. Herbert Alexander and Miss Neva Faye Wells, all of Borger; and Mrs. Bob Alexander, Mountain View, Oklahoma.

Other survivors are three sons, William J., Don L. and Roger D. Wells, all of Borger; a sister Mrs. Cora Larramore, Vinita, Okla. and a brother Pearl Wells of Missouri.

The body will be returned to Borger for funeral services. Arrangements are pending.
