Walter E. Wilborn, 74, of 717 Madison in Borger died at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, in the Borger Nursing Center.
A retired carpenter, he was a native Ochelata, Okla. and a Borger resident for 41 years.
He is survived by his wife, Hattie; a sister, Dorothy Sommer of Garfield, Kan.; and a grandson, Tommy, who is currently serving with the U.S. Navy in South Carolina.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, at the Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown and Sons Funeral Home.
