Treca Lester Rites Read

Treca Venita Lester, 70, died Saturday, April 2, 1983.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday April 4, 1983 in the First Baptist Church in Wheeler. The Rev. Robert Brown of Ava, Okla., officiated. Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lester was born in Balko, Okla. She married Ernest Lester Sr. June 3, 1931, in Sayre, Okla. They lived in Wheeler until 1940 and from 1976 to the present. She was a member of the Assembly of God.

Pallbearers were Buck Dollar, Jim Helton, Jim Jackson, Gerald Lester, Harold Lester, and James Lester.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Douglas Lester of Ada, Okla.; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Plant of Cordova, Alaska a sister, Mrs. Arvada Hardin of Fort Worth; and four grandchildren.
