Final rites were held at the Wheeler Baptist church Monday afternoon for Miss Lonnie Gayle Wilson, 23, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.L. Wilson of Pampa, who died Saturday in a Dallas Hospital from injuries received in a car crash at Dallas Saturday morning.

Miss Wilson, an employee of ? Airways in Dallas, was on her way to work with two companions when another automobile struck their car, knocking it into the path of a street car.

A 1940 graduate of Wheeler High School, Miss Wilson received further education at North Texas Women's College at Denton, being graduated from that school in ?.

The Wilson family moved to Pampa from Wheeler about three years ago.

She is survived by her parents; two sisters, Capitola Wilson, Pampa, and Mrs. Dixie Lee Clay, Pampa.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A.C. Wood, former pastor and the Rev. E. Douglas Carver, current pastor of the First Baptist Church, Pampa.

Miss was a niece of James R. Austin of Wheeler.
