HEREFORD - Zulema Castillo, 68, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000.

Prayer vigil will be at 8 p.m. today in Rix Funeral Directors Chapel. Mass will be at 2 p.m. Friday in St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Monsignor Orville Blum and the Rev. Rosendo Herrera of St. Laurence Cathedral in Amarillo, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Castillo was born in Asherton. She was a homemaker and member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

She married Matias Castillo in 1949 at Carrizo Springs. He died in 1972.

Survivors include two sons, Lupe Castillo and Danny Castillo, both of Hereford; three daughters, Belinda DeLeon of Houston and Dalia Hernandez and Selma Castillo, both of Hereford; a brother, Segundo Bosquez of Hereford; four sisters, Elva Marry of Hereford, Olga Bolado of Houston, Ofelia Maldonado of Fort Collins, Colo., and Josefina Robles of Lamar, Colo.; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Hereford Senior Citizens Center, P.O. Box 270, Hereford, TX 79045.
