CLOVIS, N.M. - Martin Garza, 63, died Thursday, July 17, 2003.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Rix Funeral Directors in Lubbock, Texas, with Ernest Cantu Jr. officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery.
Mr. Garza was born April 30, 1940, in Wharton. He married Lydia Leal on Oct. 12, 1960, in Rochester, Ind.
Survivors include his wife; five sons, David, Daniel, Martin Jr., Mario and Marcello, all of Clovis; three daughters, Viola Rubio, Sylvia Aragon and Diana Macias, all of Clovis; his parents, Elias and Paula Garza, both of Hereford, Texas; a brother, Abel Garza of Hereford; a sister, Mary Flores of Abilene, Texas; 19 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
