HEREFORD - Mary R. Garza, 61, died Monday, Aug. 2, 2010, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Rix Funeral Directors Chapel with Yolanda Tarango of San Pablo United Methodist Church of Hereford officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Garza was born Nov. 12, 1948, in Mercedes to Cipriano and Juanita Rodriguez. She married Gilbert Garza in 1973 in Hereford.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Adam Rodriguez of San Angelo and Gilbert Garza Jr. of Hereford; her mother of Hereford; two brothers, Greg Rodriguez of Hereford and Chris Rodriguez of El Paso; five sisters, Rose Tijerina of Hereford, Connie Tijerina and Janie Balderaz, both of San Angelo, and Lupe Suarez and Elida Thomas, both of Amarillo; and five grandchildren.
