FRIONA - Bob Clark, 77, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2007.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hereford Community Church with the Rev. Dorman Duggan, pastor, and the Rev. Milford Gresham, minister of Christian Assembly Church in Hereford, officiating. Burial will be in Rest Lawn Cemetery by Blackwell Funeral Home.
Mr. Clark had been a Friona resident since 1970, moving from Hereford. He was born Dec. 29, 1929, in Littlefield to Henry and Paralee Webb Clark. He married Bobbie Lou Evans on Dec. 29, 1949, in Hereford. He worked for Big T Pump Co. for a number of years and started Bob's Pump Co. in 1978, operating it until his retirement in 1992. He also farmed in the Rhea community for more than 20 years. He was a member of Christian Assembly Church in Hereford.
He was preceded in death by a son, Bob Clark, in 1998.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Alan Clark, Steve Clark, Henry Clark and James Clark, all of Friona; a daughter, Deborah Snyder of Edmond, Okla.; three sisters, Jessie Claunch of Fort Worth, Jean Baize of Friona and Jewel Cheatham of Lincoln, Ark.; 17 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
