Pamula June Bingham Jones, 64, died Monday, January 15, 2018 at her residence.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at Trinity Memorial Park Peace Chapel.

Pamula was born September 13, 1953 in Lubbock, Texas to Vona May Jones and Wilborn Griffin Bingham.

She had been a lifetime resident of Howard County.

She married Velton Jones on April 8, 1971 in Big Spring, Texas.

She was a homemaker but had worked at the V.A.M.C. over 30 years.

Pamula also worked at Montgomery Ward for six years prior to the V.A.

She loved the Lord, her church, her family, especially Velton, her children and grandchildren.

She also loved music especially Elvis.

She was a member of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in Midland.

She is survived by her husband Velton Jones of Big Spring; one son: Chris Jones and wife Janet, Cyndi Lambert and Amanda Allen, all of Big Spring and five grandchildren including Annalicia Allen and Tiffany Lambert.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother Norwin Wilborn Bingham.

Pallbearers will be Mike McCormick, Roy Lee Metcalf, Albert Ochoa and John Wayne Metcalf.
