Ella N. Moore, 85, of Big Spring, died on Monday, May 26, 2003, in a local hospital.

Graveside funeral services were at 4:00 PM Thursday, May 29, 2003, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with Rev. Raye Nell Dyer, Chaplain with Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, officiating.

She was born on January 13, 1918 in Cuba Landing, Tennessee and came to Big Spring in 1942 from Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Ocoee Moore of Big Spring; one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Tommy Rutledge of Big Spring; one brother, Charlie A. Norman of Chattanooga, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Jeff Rutledge of Houston, Zane Rutledge and wife, Ronda, of California, Lyle Moore of Big Spring and Danene Moore of Lubbock; three great-grandchildren, Raven and River Rutledge of California and Autumn Moore of Big Spring; four step-grandchildren, Christy Moore Cole of Dallas, Kelly McBee of Big Spring, Leslie Kupat and Karen Johnson of Dallas; and five step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Albert Armstrong and Mike Moore, Sr.; two step children, Jerry Moore and Patsy McKeller; three sisters, one brother and a grandson, Trevor Moore. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of Big Spring.
